I think you need to calm down. You did urs on June 8th. The very first set of people that did their interview in Lagos I think from 20th April to the end of April, early May have not all been called for 2nd interview.

The 2nd interview is on hold according to what someone said he/she got from a Fidelity source. So let's just calm our nerves down, don't worry too much and hope n pray to be called when they resume for the 2nd interview.

Speak for yourself, she says she was invited for the second interview so what will she gain by lying. The second interview is in batches.

From all indication dey wll be done wt d first interview dis week so we all should prepare and pray dat we wll be invited for second interview..and Ts might come up by August.

Nothing just the show ur text from the security. Then you proceed to d HR n u wud put down ur name n details in d book n go to d waiting room. The MD was busy so d interview didn't hold today .

Please those that have done the Panel Interview in Lagos, can you help me out with how to greet the Panel, is it best to greet individually or say a general Good Morning to all the Panelists??

Walk in with a sharp smile on your face, look around the room quickly catching everyone in the eye, then say a good morning or good afternoon depends on the time and then keep standing wait till you are asked to sit.

Sit up straight don't slouch!! Smile and sweep your eyes across the room again then let your focus rest on the person designated,to interview you..this person would be the one staring intensely at you and who asks you to introduce yourself.

Now you would benefit by learning how to read people quickly, this would give you an edge by letting you know how to direct the conversation either brisk and official or semi casual and official or easy going and casual.

The person interviewing wasn't really the one staring intensely, there was one person for that. He didn't talk much, just kept observing mannerisms.

They didn't to time on my day, but we knew better than coming late.

The interview takes as long as they wish, but not too long though. I know I spent between 15-20mins. If you studied a social science course, then know your panel interview should take a bit longer.

Well abuja second interview was more like a chat. The MD wasn't available to interview us but we had d interview.nothing out of d blue just introduction n asking u som questions from ur cv o anything random. And wat area do u like to work in the banking n other petty questions. It was nice actually nothing to kill urself abt
