This, once again is a failure of the government.

A willingness to barter human lives for money

When Fayose was fighting filling stations owners in Ekiti some nincompoops were screaming dictatorship and tyranny. Fayose is one of the leaders that have foresight in Nigeria and will always remain that. In a sane clime, prevention is better than cure but the reverse is the case here in my country. What an irony! what a country this is!

Who certifies buildings?
Who monitors building construction?
Who provides security for the citizenry?
Who collects tax?

I have witnessed a location where a RESIDENTIAL BUILDING was converted to a FILLING STATION.

Located in a built up residential area with poor traffic movement for trailers or normal passenger vehicles.

Accident waiting to happen.

Lives waiting to be lost

Opportunity of investing in real estate most especially for the future are still abounding massively in Ikorodu. I can tell you categorically that the road linking Ikorodu with lagos-ibadan expressway has already began.
Vast numbers of properties are still available now for sale and at affordable/lower price. Invest in them now before its too late when the price will begin to spring up.
It's only normal to bear in mind that the road will be a dualized road with 4 pedestrian bridges starting from Agric junction and ends at arepo. Berger-isheri road is also an adjoining road to the new expressway.
If interested in getting a property now, you can contact us.

this what I call gross carelessness, most Nigerians have this believe that nothing will happen to me,beliefs like "my case is different". they forget that "had I know always comes last" and one may begin to wonder what if our government sees it as a means of population control.let God help us all

Most Nigerians have a healthy disdain for Health & Safety!

"Everybody will die someday, it won't be today don't worry"

Not just Lagos, it's a common trend . Although we have such in developed nation but it's usually a mini Mart just like we have in some.mobile filling stations and total. Come to asaba and see how rain oil builds mall together with filling station. Well, they have gathered tired wood waiting for people to roast
