Thanks for the info. This is spot on.
Oh. Is there no affordable clothes shop like Primark and Asda in Canny land?

Of course, there are walmart stores everywhere. She was inquiring of suitable clothing to wear for her xmas arrival trip, during winter, hence the advise. This information is for the departure trip to Canada, not for after arriving and settling in canada. Hope I have clarified things now grin.

Anyone kindly respond to this

When uploading a Police character Certificate obtained from Alagbon on CIC, Is it required to add the finger print form (CRO 21)? Or is just the certificate only sufficient?

Upload all 3 docs... Scan, PDF and merge to one file.

Good morning gurus in the house,

Just a quick question. Is it possible for one's application to be mixed up with another person's application?

I submitted my application on May 22 with all attached documents. On June 29, I got a request for more information about a period which was clearly in my submitted application and was in my employer's reference that I was working during that period. So I was skeptical. I filled the form and submitted.
Fast forward to July 24, they requested for military records (which I am sure was not in my application). When I looked at the letter closely, I noticed that in the part they asked for military records, they quoted another express entry application number which is not mine. In the same letter they said fill the attached form. I did not see any attached form to fill.
Some 6 minutes after the mail for request for more information, they sent a request for me to pay the RPRF fee (CAD490)...
So, I ask again could it be that my application has been mixed up with another person's application?

What do I do?

You will need a copy of their Canadian Passport/PR Card, Utility Bill for proof or residency and also birth certificates for you both showing either or both parents name on each or any other way you can prove you are related.

Can a CSE be raised if employment was chosen instead of Government? Can this be said to be misrepresentation? @40man @Boldinc @Mummyjay and other seniors help is needed here. Tnks

Happylassy:
I will Imagine that is government work but parastatals............. I am not 100% sure. I always prefer to err on the side of caution. The letter head of your reference will it bear any logo, mark of the Nigerian Govt? If yes then it is government work.

Please seniors in the house, advise

Thanks boldinc, Revlane & Alexander.
One more thing, the finger print form (CRO 21) given to me was in black and white, though the stamps are all colored. The certificate is definitely colored as well. Hope this is not an issue.

Hello all,

Document requirements

-This documentation is required if the applicant indicates that they, or their accompanying spouse or common-law partner, have a family member in Canada who is a permanent resident or a Canadian citizen.
-A copy of both sides of the family member's Canadian citizenship document, Canadian birth certificate and/or permanent resident card must be provided.
-Evidence that the family member currently resides in Canada must be provided (a residential lease, mortgage documents, utility bills, etc.).
The documents must show their address in Canada and should be recent (dated within six months prior to submission).
-Proof of the relationship of the applicant or the accompanying spouse or common-law partner to the family member must also be provided (e.g., a birth certificate, an official document naming the applicant as a relative, a copy of the inside back cover of the relative’s passport showing the relative’s parents’ marriage certificate, legal adoption documents and any other documents that prove or describe the relationship).
-If the applicant claims a stepbrother or stepsister, there should be no evidence in the application that the marriage or common-law relationship between the parents of the stepbrother or stepsister has broken down.

I think with all the observations that you have made. Gather all together and ask for clarification on what they actually want. Tell them you noticed a slight mix up. Its better to talk to them than be silent on the matter. It could be that they mixed it up.

I want to congratulate all those who have received PPR recently (too numerous to mention grin). We wait to see the ITAs today. While I also warm up to start my own processes to jump into the warm pool.

I will explain this to CIC in an LOE. The same way you have explained it to us. They are the only ones that can shed light on this puzzling matter. Don't worry much about it (as hard as that is though)

All the best!

Thanks @Wura27. For the FBI PCC, it says enclose payment with the form, so I am still unsure how to do online payment for it.

When i inquired from FBI if they accept debit card from 9ja banks, their response was: "We can accept it as long as it can be used in the United States."

Hi Esosa,
How far with your application? Your timeline till now and all. Thanx

Bros how u dey, omo i followed ur footsteps and so far it's working, thanks a lot but........

Cic replied me today with a request letter and uploaded placeholders for spouse passport, medicals and rpf receipt... (they didn't send me payment link but I know it sef).

Obobs the problem is that they didn't ask for updated POF for family of 2 or spousal pcc or even wedding photos. I am confused on how to add this documents, should I send those ones they need and then raise another Cse or cpc Ottawa email afterwards to send remaining files? Wetin u REASON? I dey fear do oversabi and merge files that don't relate.

Lately, i had sent my marriage certificate in the initial cse and email to cpc Ottawa, do I need to send to them AGAIN?

Hello All. Please I have a question. I have gotten ITA and I am preparing my documents for submission this week or next week. I am the principal applicant but I am going with my husband. We did our medicals and mine was good but he has high BP and we were not able to get it down all day. My question is this- How much does his high BP (150/100)affect our chances of positive feedback on our application?

Also please is there a whatsapp group I can join?

He might just have "white coat hypertension" which is more like an apparent increase in BP due to apprehension from the hospital environment/settings.

Or just maybe he is hypertensive self and not aware, anyways it's not a big deal, But CIC seems to do furtherance tests on BP above 140/90 (like kidney function test and heart function scans).
This is just to rule out any underlying disease, at the end he will pass his medicals.

Some panel physicians are even proactive and will tell u to do the tests just to avoid Call-back, anyways just watch and see, maybe it will be overlooked!

High BP is not a case for REJECTION!
