OP, no need to reply people on this thread. Your beliefs are yours, your convictions are yours. However, NYSC is voluntary and no one will arrest you if you chose not to serve. Go and serve God in the church for the rest of your days, after all that does not require Nysc certificate. If you can't do that, take people's advice here or you ask for the post to be deleted. You can't seek for advice and yet contradict advices offered to you

as for this, you got it wrong. Men can be a liar while the word of God remain the truth. there is nothing like men trousers nor female trousers. only pastors wife or female pastors will tell that to you and not the bible.
The only portion where the bible mention trouser was in Daniel3:21 So these men (Shandrach Meshach and Abednego) , wearing their robes, trousers, turbans and other clothes, were bound and thrown into the blazing furnace.

the bible originally specify the sex that uses trousers. so your pastor can't change the bible please

Please, which Bible translation are you using cos I have checked three translations(kjv, amplified and new world translation)and no trace of the word, Trouser in that verse.
My opinion- I don't think Nysc officials would allow skirt on camp largely because you definitely won't be able to carry out some of the rigorous military exercises. To aid my point, imagine if a ballerina(ballet dancer) wore skirt to perform on stage. A disaster you would say cos she's going to reveal what she's not supposed to reveal. More importantly, she's definitely gonna be injured. Every dress code has a purpose. The Nysc scheme has a dress code and If you don't want to use trousers for the scheme, you have your self to blame cos you would only end up been injured due to the somtimes strenuous exercises which you have not taken into consideration. You are there, not for a fashion show but to serve your country. I doubt if they would change the rules for your sake. The scheme is optional, thus exemption is your way out if you don't want to wear trouser but not that it's a SIN cos your decision is based on Deuteronomy 22:5

Men wear shirts too. Men wear wrappers too. They wear shoes and socks too.
In the mean while, list the items the bible said were men only wears.
Also the Hebrews and Greeks that were the major characters in the Bible, their men would rather wear skirts than trousers.

What you are trying to do is fulfill the laws of the old testament. But believers in Christ are not indebted to the law anymore because Christ has fulfilled the demands of the law on our behalf. Choosing to try to fulfill the laws of the old testament is like trying to duplicate the work of Christ. We now operate by a new law which is the law of the Spirit of Christ.

And remember that he that offends in a part of the law has offended in all (read James' epistle). So if you choose to follow the law of Det 22:5, then you should as well follow the other numerous laws that has to do with burnt offerings, sabbath, etc. See?

I think that's after camp.... May be they wear it for cds. I don't really know though. Moreover some LGIs might not tolerate wearing of skirts.
But if you actually want to go to camp without wearing trousers, that will be difficult .
Some set of people are usually not allowed to stay in camp. The pregnant women, nursing mothers n married women(optional).
So if you really want to serve without staying in camp you could consider the above options.
