Honestly it was not. I just decided to count it as a loss. I'm tired of making complains and the CC agents are pretending like they don't know what im talking about.
If you can check properly, you will see that 2048mb was given at first while I was charged 2000naira. So, after the first complaint, 1024mb was withdrawn leaving me with 1024mb. And a refund was not made.. So I reported again and the remaining 1024mb was deducted again and only 1000naira was refunded.
So logically 2048mb was withdrawn with refund of a thousand naira.
