1- Continents Apart
Samantha Futerman, an actress from New Jersey, and Anais Bordier, a fashion designer from Paris, looked remarkably similar.

After Bordier spotted Futerman in some YouTube videos, she sent a Facebook message asking where Futerman was born. As it turns out, the two were born in the same Korean town on the same day, sealing their belief that they were actually related.

Futerman was adopted by American parents while Bordier was adopted by French parents. And though they grew up on different continents speaking different languages, they had managed to find each other thanks to social media.

DNA tests confirmed they were identical twins.

When asked how they felt when they first met, Border said, "It was like looking into a mirror, it was shocking". Futerman, on the other hand said, "She looks exactly like me, and speaks with my voice, but with a french accent!

2- The Unidentical Twins who are completely Unidentical.
These two teenage girls are twins - they just don't look like it.

Lucy, Aylmer was born with very pale skin, blue eyes and straight ginger (red) hair, and her twin sister Maria Aylmer, who was born with thick curly brown hair, brown eyes and darker skin, were both born in January 1997.

Thanks to a rare scientific quirk resulting from their mother and father's mixed-race pairing, they were both born with different coloured skin.

Their mum Donna is Jamaican while father Vince is British.

Blue-eyed Lucy says, "No one ever believes we are twins. Even when we dress alike, we still don’t look like sisters, let alone twins. Friends have even made us produce our birth certificates to prove it."

3- Separated, but living identical lives
The stories of identical twins’ nearly identical lives are often astonishing, but perhaps none more so than those of these identical twins born in Ohio.

The twin boys were separated at birth, being adopted by different families. Unknown to each other, both families named the boys Jim. And here the coincidences just begun.

Both James grew up not even knowing of the other, yet both took part in law-enforcement training, both had abilities in mechanical drawing and carpentry, and each had married women named Linda. They both had sons whom one named James Alan and the other named James Allan. The twin brothers also divorced their wives and married other women – both women we're named Betty. And they both owned dogs which they named Toy.

Jim Lewis and Jim Springer finally met in February 9, 1979 after 39 years of being separated.

4- The Silent Twins
June and Jennifer Gibbons were born in Wales in 1963 and grew up as social pariahs who were frequently bullied for being black in an all white school. Their principal even told their mother to always come five minutes before closing time while the school kids were still in their classes in order to avoid the twins from being bullied and picked on by kids going home during closing hours.

This made them withdraw and only communicate with each other in a secret twin language which was unintelligible to others. They only spoke to each other and increasingly became antisocial.

Growing up as teens, their extraordinary closeness made it difficult for them to make friends or relate with others.

This behaviour made people start to dub them as insane. Their parents tried to separate them from each other in order make them mingle with others ,but it only made matters worse, they grew sick, got better and eventually became violent that they had to be hospitalized in a mental clinic.

They eventually made a pact that one had to die so the other could lead a normal life.

A writer called Marjorie Wallace, who took years to study the girls while writing a nonfiction book about them called "The Silent Twins" in 1986 ,was the only person other than their immediate family who could attain some level of communication with the girls.

Wallace said Jennifer admitted to her during a visit: "I'm going to die. We've decided." In 1993, as they were being transported back home from the mental clinic, Jennifer, at the age of 29, died on her sister's shoulder from a sudden inflammation of the heart muscle. Doctors could not find anything physically wrong with Jennifer's body during the autopsy. The cause remains a mystery.

June has lived a normal, slightly more social life since then.

I read about those silent twins a while ago. They deserve their own thread. They are Creepy.

By the way they werent talking in a secret language. Someone secretly recorded them speaking and slowed down the recording only to realise they were speaking sped-up patwa. The white ppl didnt understand patwa anyway.

They lost their virginity to the same guy a week apart.

OP you also didnt mention their synchronised gestures and movements. Creepy

I know. I tried to keep it as short as possible for the sake of the thread.
I wouldn't go as far as say creepy. I would say they were extremely mysterious. They had a love-hate relationship with each other because they knew they they we're holding each other back. The whole self isolation and secret language started off as a game and a to isolate themselves from the bullying world around them. But before they knew it, they were drawn in and it was hard to separate themselves from each other and establish their own identity.

I know it was sped up patwa ,but since no one else around them understood what they we're saying, it qualifies as a cryptophasia. Intended to hide it's meaning from others, except themselves, hence it is a secret language. Many twins engage in cryptophasia but in different ranges. Some twins don't even speak languages at all but resort to using similar gestures. The Gibbons twins used both.

The virginity loss was actually premiditated. Same with the book writings.
They always thought their actions through.
