They are supposed to mandate them to let subscribers use their data as long as they have it. There shouldn't be anything like day of grace, imagine you have 2gb, you use 200mb and at the end of 30 days, you lose 1.8gb just because you couldn't exhaust it, that's not fair. It should be use as you go, not bound to time
