A Chinese museum decided to once again step on the toes of Africans online by opening an exhibition where Africans were displayed alongside with animals.

The video in question was posted by an Instagram user Edward E. Duke (a Nigerian) who revealed Chinese art lovers admiring the seemingly racist exhibition where the Africans were displayed together with wild animals at the Hubei Provincial Museum in Wuhan ahead of the national Golden Week holiday.

Based on local destination blog Shangalist, 'This is Africa' exhibition which started September 28 belongs to Chinese photographer Yu Hulping which was aimed at giving visitors a sense of primitive life lived in Africa through the interplay of humans, animals and nature.

The original video was deleted after it was posted by one of the supposed visitors to the museum with the caption : “首都博物馆 translated as "the capital museum in Wuhan, China put pictures of a particular race next to wild animals why? Are they the only race to have impoverished looking.”

This was followed by a backlash of a Facebook advert by Dove which showed a black model turning white after using their body wash. Dove later apologized for missing the mark in representing women of color thoughtfully.

The black model in question said it was taken out of context because the initial agreement of the campaign was to be about all the skin types deserving gentleness.

Racism is higher in the East. Asia is home to the most deadly form of racism. From India, to China, to Malaysia to Saudi Arabia. Have you ever seen a black person in a Chinese movie?

Watch Bollywood and tell the roles given to Black Indians. Poverty. Suffering. Etc. The racism there weigh 1.21 Gigawatts. I wouldn't live in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia or India for free.

Most times you see in the news black people killed on accusation of drug peddling. But most of these killings are racial killings. In India they lynch you openly and nothing happens.

Africans have to wake up. Some even suggest in their religion that the devil is a black man but you still see black people defending them. Wake up, people. Stop helping their systems of control.

I hate to point this out, but the Chinese are only saying out loud what others are thinking.
Very few people in the Western world will ever publicly voice racist sentiments because of political correctness.

Meanwhile we keep justifying our inferiority in their eyes with our behaviour. Go to the British High Commission or the American embassy and see Nigerians jostling for visas as if their lives depend on it.
Our president would probably be dead now if it wasn't for the British Health Care System.

If we want respect from other races we have to earn it.
If Africans learn how to excel in global politics and economics, the rest of the world will respect us, whether grudgingly or willingly.

Nobody should cry foul here cos we've been seeing Nnamdi Kanu photos being photoshopped to something similar.
