By 1:00 pm GMT in Cameroon, our Nation was thrown into mourning. It's been a year since it happened, and I will be so ungrateful to HIM that saved me if I don't share this testimony. It didn't happen in Nigeria, It happened in Cameroon. The media didn't tell the full story of the number of people that died, but you can catch a glimpse of it here;

http://www.aljazeera.com/news/2016/10/53-killed-cameroon-train-derailment-161021192603296.html

As I entered the Train, I thought it would be one of those smooth rides to my destination, I never knew that the smile of the person that sat beside me would be his last cry.

At some point in the journey, we felt a foul smell. At another point, we could perceive smoke and it became thick gradually. We in the middle coach never knew that several coaches in front had fallen and people were already dead.

When it finally got to our coach, it began wobbling. People were flying off the window into a deep valley. I held onto the iron of the seat before me. Whatever made me not to fly off the window is still what I don't know.

About 600 people dead, More than 700 Injured. But yet I came out unscratched.

Should I call this a Miracle or what?

You can call this a testimony or one-year anniversary of life after the accident, or any other name, I just want to say that I am alive and may God give those who lost their loved ones the fortitude to bear their loss.

RIP to all faithful souls departed. Amen.

Congratulations. So you are from Cameroon?

What about that damned oaf Paul Biya? I hear he just left an airport in Europe in his Boeing 777. Such a big clown. Does his wife still bleach and wear funny and expensive hair?

Biya buys wobbly trains for the citizenry and flies first class with his family. I pity your country. We are planning to recolonise you people.
is it better in Nigeria...wer sm of us can't see train reecolonize ko

You re 100% right.

Men of God died... pastors who came for a conference died there. Priests from Italy died there... so who am i?..... i just believe He saved me for a purpose and since then, my life took a different dimension.

I give Him all the Glory.

Only the Creator knows your time. It wasn't your time. But no matter how we die, we have probably lived and died a thousand times. Life is eternal and to the souls that passed that day they will live again. Ase. Love Sango.

Very unfortunate accident, you were lucky.

However, the way most testimonies are said make those who died look like they deserved it. Whether they were priests, pastors, reverend fathers, bankers, market women or anyone. They didn't deserve death and also testimonies that denigrate their inability to survive the accident. I have nothing against praising your creator, but don't make it look like others deserve it or don't serve same God as you do.

You were lucky, and it could have happened to anyone. Accidents happen, some will die, some will survive. Simply a case of probability.

Enjoy your life.
