I've witnessed one matured mumu try it at ojo baracks when the soldiers were parading and doing all those their yanga.

One of the soldiers had to sneak behind and catch the guy. He was interrogated and searched, thoroughly flogged and punished.
Then his dear smartphone was smashed, the mad soldier guy was even repeatedly stamping on it till he made sure all the parts where scattered.

The guy was crying but I don't even know if it's because of the phone or the koboko that was romancing his back
