That's is the main reason why I stopped using third parties to ship, because they end up behaving like gods, they feel as if they are doing you a favor, meanwhile you are paying for their service.
I don't blame them, they have forgotten that customers is what you need to grow in business, no customer no growth.
2 sprays for painting is what I ordered, and I got ridiculous statements because of that. Now he's asking me for my account number to do a refund after wasting 20 days waiting for those item.

I was at Mayorall office yst to pick an item I shipped last week but the one I shipped since d 10th hasn't arrived, pls let us understand that it's customs that is delaying this, let's be calm.

This is exactly what i keep preaching to Mayor o! You need to manage people especially customers. It is a gradual negative effect if not well managed, it soils credibility. Complaint statements should be professionally handled. Increase tour emotional intelligence and you will understand that your dealing with the emotions of your customers. Your doing well but we want you to do better.

Can't be romancing here while people millions are with custom of another country. Even though they are not complaining yet, meant people that matters. We still have to work on their goods.



To good customers involved even though you are not here or hardly check here, we are duely sorry for the delay. The goods were held by custom in another country. We didn't disclose this to avoid panic. So airline had to send another flight from USA to carry the goods. It was a long processing without date.
