I ate turtle once the meat is very Strong...I was told if you want to eat it around 5:00pm you must start cooking around 7:00am.

I remember what my colleagues did at Ibeno village with a similar 'lucky' turtle which strayed into our arms

Maybe it was looking for where to lay eggs. Eya if that turtle � survives en. It will travel out of the shores n and never taste the bitter waters of naija again.

Most likely a female! Spent about 5 years in the ocean and then comes back to land to lay its eggs. It didn’t figure that you don’t come to Nigeria to do such. We are so stupid even an animal from the sea will be called “bush meat” and eaten. We’ve eaten dolphins,manatees, hippos, dead whales, snakes,monitor lizards, wild cats, dogs ... it doesn’t matter what it is and even if we don’t know what it is we will kill and ask later.
When we eat the entire wild life maybe we will begin to eat ourselves.
