You can view their channels for free with a free-to-air decoder and proper setup of a dish. They are still test running and the channels are all free.

tstv no try at all. they would have just started without challenging dstv.... they made it clear that they were against dstv... i wish dem well tho

How did they make it clear they are challenging dstv.
Besides, the last time i checked challege is not a bad thing..
Its good to have challenge becoz it drives parties involved to do better.

Seriously nigerians are dumb bleeps.
The support things based on "who have more suppots"

They have been frustrated by DStv. After signing a contract with a popular sports station, DSTV went behind their backs and paid huge sum of money and the contract was terminated. By the way, DSTV has the support of some top people in govt. We live in sad times. Good things hardly see the light of day.

Insider information say they will kick off early next year, fingers crossed.

So everything is now DStv fault? I don't think so. They came out with an offer that is too good to be true, drew too many attention and failed to deliver. How is that the fault of DStv? They seriously think they can show live football illegally when they know DStv paid millions of pounds to get the exclusive right.

TSTV is a work in progress. Still distributing their materials to their super-dealers. A brother of mine works there and earns well.

...For those in Abuja, their Abuja office is at Jahi( within a layout being occupied by Gilmor Construction company) near Gwarinpa/Katampe extension bypass, off Kubwa express.

Of course we are not in a law court but court of public opinion, moreso you are expected to back up your allegation with evidence without which it is taken as mere assumption. Any sensible mind should know this.

Good day folks.

It is almost 2 months that TSTV launched its pay-as-you-watch kind of pay tv will lots of unbelievable offerings. Up till now, I'm yet to hear or see anyone who has bought the pay tv. Dstv crew must be having a good laugh right now.

Does anybody has any info concerning the state of things with TSTV or is it a case of dead on arrival?

I greet you all.

not cheap, but DSTV is too exorbitant, compare to other satellite decoder...
beIN satellite's complete sub in north africa is not even up to 6K when convert to naira... Nd they offer better than DSTV the problem with TSTV was that they were too lousy..
They should have enter the market slowly in way that By the time DSTV noticed them it would be late for DSTV to stop them.

Well, I hope TSTV comes on board for I cherish the competition as long as its healthy competition. But for many of me diving into a new venture I think there are some learning curves here:
** First n your endeavour you need to sort out and pay attention to DETAILS
**Secondly in delivering quality service the first thing is not 'war of cost' with you rival, deliver quality service and people will come after your service(s).
My thoughts really........... I love to see them do well.

I was one of the few Nigerians who got the TSTv complimentary decoder, I was meant to do a review of the product on but I must confess that what I met got was nonsense so I had to withhold my review.

That's not how this works. You ought to review the product as is, instead of papering over their issues.

Nigerians need to know what these people really are up to.

Dstv and their agents engaged their satellite providers in legal battles, when they failed, they challenged Bein sports, they were ignored. They eventually used DSS operatives to harrass the youngman and even labelled them a terrorist group. Dstv went as far as reporting them to the national Assembly asking that their licence be revoked. So far TSTV is fighting a battle of their lives. It hurts when some corrupt Nigerian businessmen and politicians out of greed, allow South Africans to oppress us in our own country while they are busy killing our people in SA. I am waiting to see how this evil will end, but one thing I have vowed is that I WILL NEVER USE ANYTHING MULTICHOICE OR MTN my house and I will embark on a campaign to make sure non of my family members or friends use their product.
