Bros u cracked me up real good today. I do appreciate Ur sense of humour in this matter, I think we Nigerians should be more like u and maybe life will be better.
But the truth remains that Ntel are really not serious, you can't hike prices when u're having challenges with Ur services and with complaints from customers which goes unattended and simply ignored.
I got a call from a CSO a few days back and I broke it down to her that until management listens to feedbacks from their customer service team and use such feedbacks as policy making tools, things will never work well.
Least I forget, I think Ntel's woes are more on strategy formulation from inadequate management staffs put into office cos they know someone and not based on their skill sets. Until we get to that stage where we can put round pegs in round holes, this show of shame will continue.
I rest my case...
