I don't know how the Celtics do it yo. That defence they play is something else!! They make you play at their pace and bend your pattern to theirs. The worst part is if you hold down Kyrie the likes of Marcus Smart, Tatum and even Terry Rozier would find a way to contribute. Marcus Morris didn't even play and you had guys like Baynes, Theis making key contributions. I don't know how the team would look with Hayward but what the Celts are showing us is there is simply no room for excuses

Shoutout to the Steelers and my boy Ryan Shazier. We are getting that Lombardi for you boy

He could be dropping one point per game and no one would give a ****, ok but guess what? He isn't. Tatum plays like a grown man.

Have you seen his moves? His offensive game is polished. You would think he has been in the league for 3-4 years. He is the player in that draft who was ready for the Nba.

Better hope Roland17 doesn't see this blasphemy you posted about tatum. He watches him every game, and will be ready to give you a better assessment on his game. He is my ROTY if Ben simmons was playing his 2nd year
LOOOOL....Rookie of the year you know.grin grin

I would make a case for Donovan Mitchell before Tatum,if Tatum is playing like a grown man who has been in the NBA for 3-4years.

D.Mitchell is playing like he's been in the NBA for 7yearss.cheesy

Mehn..irrespective of the team he is playing, you've got to give it to Tatum this season.

Dude has been sensational so far.

I wait for Roland to come and give his opinions.
I'm not taking anything away from him,I've seen him play...He is good.

Well, when I'm not letting my love for that Ball boy blind my eye,Tatum is good.

I just can't get my head around the fact that Kyrie the clutch God is on his team, relieving him of any pressure whatsoever and giving him the capacity to try anything.

Put Tatum in a team with Crackhead Brewer,Julius can't pass for shït Randle,Kentavious I think I am the black Klay Thompson Pope,Brick Lopez and he jumps off the Brooklyn Bridge.

Lol you find it hard to believe that your boy lonzo is turning to a bust so u discredit his teammates to justify Lonzo's failure on the court.you know Lonzo is now being benched now.

Lonzo is not even the best rookie on his team.
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 9:41pm On Dec 11, 2017
Magic Johnson on Free Agency for the Lakers next year.

“I feel really good about it. Now, we have cap space for probably two max guys, but that’s not to say we’ll use both of them. We want to if we can, but we have a Plan A and we have Plan B. Say we only get one of those guys, then we’ll make a decision on not to use the cap space. We can do that and save it for the class that’s coming the next year. We’re not going to give money away just because we have the cap space. I’m not about that, if the guy can’t really take our team to another level. And we see what Kyrie Irving has done for the Boston Celtics. Put him with that young talent the Celtics have, and they’ve taken off. We feel the same thing can happen for the Lakers. If we get the right free agent, that guy can take our young talent to a whole ‘nother level.”

Well this settles my mind a bit..

Ya Allah make us get De Marcus Boogie.

Any Avery Bradley plans should catch fire.... Amen.

Honestly, why should I disrespect J. Tatum by arguing his legitimacy for ROTY over Lonzo?

Over time you learn to overlook some comments, after all, everyone is entitled to one. We are talking about a kid that is destined for greatness!

The Celtics have traditionally been a defensive team. As for this current team, intensity! intensity and wing span is the secret. When Brad started building this roster, his focus was on drafting and acquiring players with huge wing span, players who can disrupt passing lanes, intense enough to force turnovers and guard multiple positions because of their wing span.

You take a look at Brown, Tatum whom the Celtics were already going to pick considering J. Jackson blew it (It explains why Brad did not have a problem agreeing with Ainge to trade IT and trade the number 1 overall pick for Tatum), Big AL, D. Theis, Baynes, Ojeleye either have wing span or intensity and sometimes a combination of both. M. Morris fits in easily considering he is intense on defense, particularly the perimeter. There is a reason why I am convinced Brad is a very special coach who is head above many of his peers.

Since Kyrie arrived the TD garden, his defensive stats has a witnessed significant jump. He is ranked 17, last year he was not even top 100. The same goes for Big AL and Morris. It's all about coaching and having players buy into it.

The Celtics are the quintessential example of how to rebuild a franchise without tanking for a decade.

As for your Bumble Bees, I will make up my mind after your game with Brady and the Patriots next week.
