I don't know how this excites you guys. It's just like having a man who sells cashewnuts and saves his money in the bank and almost doesn't spend a part of it. Yet,he goes about borrowing money to feed his children, pay house rent, pay school fees, plead with relatives to send foodstuffs so his children can eat, waits for his church/mosque to do charity and dash him things. But then,he keeps bragging about how much he has in his bank account, despite the fact that the standard of living of his family is very poor.

Kwankwaso/Shekarau

If Kwankwaso decides to contest on APGA, PDP should field a Southerner and MB as VP.

what they dont understand is,when lenders know you have that much money aside,it will be easy to borrow that amount because lenders know you can pay.

somebody should explain simple economics to igbos.they seem to dont get it.

you must borrow to do things today.practicaly all nations borrow money.

america has a debt profile of nearly 20trillion dollars.why dont you igbos know this.?

Are you too young to rule?

Why do you want a septuagenarian whose education level you can't attest to and who seems not in touch with the 21st century developments to rule you throughout your prime years?

Why? Pls answer!

Is this the best you can offer your born and unborn kids?

Good development but CBN needs to do more. High cost of food items and other essential commodities will continue to paint the economy in bad light no matter the gains made. The official exchange rate of N306 and parallel market rate of N365 to $1 is still very high and affecting prices of commodities. CBN should try and bring it down to around N250 so that we can see a significant drop in prices. Until then, all the gains been made will translate to nothing for the common man.

i dont agree with you or him on this.nigeria is too big now to practice isolation economy.

no developed nation in the world can.go ask north korea.

if una start using it again, then it will be quick finish.how much do you people think only 40billion dollars can buy in the global market today.?

40billion dollars is nothing today.

Are you aware that America can never pay up what they owe? Are you aware that the economies of hundreds of countries would collapse instantly if the American economy goes down or the dollar crashes to nothing? Our 40bn dollars would be nothing if the US economy goes under...

Contrary to the impression your comment is trying to convey, Foreign Reserves are meant to facilitate international trade rather than direct government expenditure.
---
The naira equivalent of the dollar revenue has already been handed out by CBN to government. The CBN keeps the dollars to manage our trade balance.

He can't do worse than "Jubril".

Dankwabo has good resume just like Yaradua.

Dankwabo studied up to M.Sc just like Yaradua. He was an executive of CBN. Former finance Minister and a sitting governor.

His resume should sell in the south. Buhari reputation is in tatters at the moment. The Mr integrity toga is no more there. His credibility is close to zero.

I think we will stick to the devil we know thank you.

I understand that very well. My point is that we shouldn't always be too excited with having a high foreign reserve when it doesn't automatically translate to a better standard of living for the citizens. While it is good to have a healthy reserve, it is also pertinent that we improve standard of living. Not having high foreign reserves with poor standard of living.

Full list of Nigerian richest pastors and their networth 2018

Entering the year 2018, Forbes has released list of the world in the world with the founder and General Overseer of Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo leading other pastors of the world.

Also in the list include Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of the Believers’ Love World; T.B Joshua of the Synagogue Church of All Nations; and Pastor A.E Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG.

Here are the top richest pastors of the world:

10. Joseph Prince Net Worth 2018 – $5 Million

Pastor1Head of the largest church in the all of Asia and netting a salary of $550,000 a year, Prince could easily be seen as blessed. Born to a Sikh priest and previously employed as an IT consultant, his unlikely career has garnered a grand following worldwide from his native Malaysia to the United States. This popularity is partially thanks to such friends as Joel Osteen of Lakewood Megachurch who has hosted a number of his sermons. One of the most internet savvy of the pastors listed, Prince also has a online video and podcast with a following from over 150 countries.

9. T.B. Joshua Net Worth 2018 – $10 Million

Pastor2Considered a Prophet by most of his congregation, Joshua has a unique and notable influence in his native country of Nigeria. While primarily preaching from his home city of Lagos, Nigeria, Joshua has over 1.5 million Facebook fans. He also has a history of sending “Anointed Water” to thousands of individuals worldwide, most notably during the recent Ebola crisis. There has been ongoing controversy regarding his claims to deliver people from possession, and there are 3 reported deaths in the U.K. linked to his church. These were reported to be cases where the individuals refused life lengthening AIDS medication and instead relied on prayer for survival.

8. Billy Graham Net Worth 2018 – $25 Million

Pastor3Once called by many as “America’s Pastor”, Billy Graham is among the most well known and long-lived pastors on the planet. Born in 1918 and educated in Anthropology and Biblical Studies by the Trinity Bible College in Florida State, he has been a presence for many historic events of the past two generations. From bailing Dr. Martin Luther King Jr out of jail during the fight for Civil Rights, to directly writing and supporting Nixon during the Vietnam war, he has always been quite political minded. This fact has no doubt helped his following, with an estimated audience of around 2.2 Billion individuals over the course of his career.

An economist won't do worse than so called president who didn't nominate a finance Minister for seven months and called ministers "noise makers". Buhari made so much promises to decieve us but got there and doesn't want to be bothered. He keeps telling us ineffectual Buffon destroyed everything and no solution to our problems. Whereas he told he got us covered.

We are in sh1t buddy as long as Buhari at the helm. Second term for Buhari would have set us back another 15 years. For Nigeria to move forward again, Buhari needs to be defeated by fire by force.

Jonathan failed woefully and we kicked him out. Buhari has failed and we must kick him out too. We cannot continue rewarding failure. Buhari failed in every aspect of governance.
You are in shit because you were thinking once Buhari became president, there would be access to free money.

I noticed that but won't work. Jonathan did the same thing and lost. You don't need to aggressively dish out bogus statistics or paper value projects. Achievements can't be hidden. Achievements can be bodly seen by the people. In buhari's case, he has none. Buhari has nothing to show after 30 months on the throne.

I was talking to a brother of a governor last night on WhatsApp, he told me people in the North are quietly looking for change again.

Sad!!!
when the govt said the reserve was 23b dollars it was okay, now it is called propaganda. you entitled to your beliefs.

That's not factual; If Buhari is selable, Shekarau/Kwnkwaso are more than selable.
The key to defeating Buhari is stripping him of the votes in one of the population centers in the North. I.e Kano or Kaduna.
