Hello guru,

Pleas I just got admitted into Windsor university and I really don't know where y o start with my visa process.
Çan you kindly enlighten me as I see you have start the process.

Thano you

I'm far from being a guru. Since you have the admission admission already, go to page 0 of this thread and read up. You need to put up a water tight application that'll answer every concern the VO might have
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by toludadon(m): 10:19pm On Feb 06, 2018
To all denied on financial reasons, having a fat account balance isn't what CIC is looking for but an account balance where the sources of the funds are well explained . Having a sudden deposit of lump sum without a concise explanation as per how you come about the huge deposit can fetch you refusal on financial ground. When next you are applying, try to explain as best as you can the sources of your funds like the occupation of your sponsors and returns from investments

To add to what you have said, even if the source of money is well explained and there's no lump sum the sponsor needs to show commitment (especially if he/she is a third party ) by paying the applicant's tuition fee and transferring the living expenses into the applicant's bank account. IT IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT!

Hello house, pls how can one apply for reconsideration. i feel the VO overlooked some of my important ddocs. my dad's acct had a balance of 9.7 million and i submitted 3 landed properties of which one was worth 25 million. i will appreciate responses on this. Thanks and God bless us all
Reconsideration are mostly granted when there is an evidence in error in law or a very important document that was submitted with the original application was overlooked in reaching a final decision. On the issue of availability of funds, you can't just base sufficiency on the closing balance.
There always would be other factors considered before reaching a final decision of a refusal in that regards.

The best thing for anybody to do before considering a reconsideration or reapplication is to know the report of the refused application by ordering for the GCMS file first. There MUST be an error in law or a misjudement evidentially before a reconsideration is granted and must be in accordance to the stipulation of the IRP Act and regulations.(You must understand this too before you seek reconsideration) it is HIGHLY discretionary. Evidence must be beyond reasonable doubt that the application of the immigration law was wrong or important document directly resulting to the refused reason(s) was/were overlooked or misjudged.

Anything outside this will not be granted for reconsideration. You will be advised to reapply. Get your GCMS file first to see the inference of the VO on the application. This is the right step to take in making a decision to ask for reconsideration or reapply.

Certificate of business registration
SOP
Admission letter
teller showing i paid part of the school fees.

Hey bro
Congratulations on your visa approval.

Am a silent reader, but I just have to register in order to asking you a question because am more in the same situation as you were some months ago before you applied for your permit.

I could see that, you once had an hard time to provide documents to prove the source of income of your sponsors as you said your Dad's business is not registered. But there's CAC and other business documentation in the list of documents you said you submitted. Please, did your sponsor eventually got his business registered before you submitted? How did you do it?

Please, I would be very happy if you can enlighten me on this because am planning to submit my application, but this evidence of source of income is really giving me problem as I don't know if my sponsor can just get his business registered now because of this application. Will this be acceptable. Will I not be questioned that my sponsor business is a newly registered business because of visa application?

Your response will be highly appreciated, and it will help me and others in the same situation.

Thanks.

OK.
I was not able to get Certificate of registration for my dad's company due to the time constraint. I use Certificate of business registration of my grandfather's company and also got a letter of introduction from my grandfather's company stating my dad is a partner.

.
what i understand in some canada universities is that, they don't offer PGD directly,it is when u apply for masters and when they notice ur GP is not up to their required for masters, den u will b admitted into PGD program hoping to continue with ur master program after d PGD.
lyk university Saskatchewan, they will allow u to do pre application. with dat pre-application,they will tell u if u re eligible to go for masters directly or PGD .
but remember i said "some universities" because not all so PGD.

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by yummyk: 11:28pm On Feb 07, 2018
Hello , I was also denied my TRV today and financial reasons why given despite the fact that I have paid the first semester and my sponsor is my elder brothers with over $32,000 in his account.

The reasons explained were: I am not satisfied that you

* have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.

* ......to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study.

* ......to pay the cost of transporting yourself and family members who are accompanying you to and fro Canada.

You are welcome to reapply if you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that you situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.
______________________________________________________
Please gurus, what you advise?

NOTE that I didn't indicate that I have any family member that will accompany me on my application, im married but my husband is not going with me and I don't have any child yet.

How do I go about this.

Help a brother.
You mum should submit her payslip, soa, and employment documents (letter, ID). Your Dad should submit his sos, pension documents and any other source he earns money.
NB: No problem using the joint account as long as it has enough cash in it, also they should write a joint letter of support stating they are sponsoring you and have enough to carter for the entire duration of your program

Nice profile Ivan12.

Is there any need adding the BOLD to your profile/Application? Also, the pre-university you are talking about, what is it all about. Are there any pre-requisite courses to be completed before your enrollment into your academic program.. What course could that be?
