but why the hate tho?, why do we treat people of other skin colour better than we treat people of the same color with us?, why are we more relaxed to see someone of a different colour doing better than us so long as the person is not black?. Do you mean the PhD holder that looted the nation and went out to dance at an election rally hours after he was told brutal terrorists kidnapped 280 school girls (14-16 year olds) to sell and rape?

Have you established who owns the hotel in question? have you heard of Idi Amin expelling Asians from Uganda in August 1972 and why it mostly happened?

Today foreigners are again investing throughout Africa.

Recently a bar at the University of Cambridge UK ordered the second half of a show by black & minority ethnic people to be cancelled. Reason was that white students were leaving the bar which caused the bar to lose money. You might say well, that is UK and white can do as they please. But know that racism issue in such a top school/intellectual environment is a massive issue. Because such a place trains future leaders for all spheres of life in UK and beyond. It therefore should be a shining example of tolerance, integration and progressive thoughts.

That Hotel recruitment in Uganda might just be responding to subtle murmurs in the industry as to what foreign tourists prefer.

Maybe the hotel belongs to a white or an Indian person but no matter what that kind of thing shouldn't be allowed in any organistation. you can't even try it in some white countries, the same thing is applicable to those Indian companies in Nigerian treating their Nigerian staff as slaves and government do nothing about it. I begin to think that God left the creation of black people to the devil when he was resting on 7th day of creation

Many African countries complain of unemployment but they can hire foreigners to work in their country without not putting their people first.A white man can't do this for you in their country wake up African industrialist let's put our continent first

You don't need to castigate them. The Advert says PREFERABLY and not COMPULSORILY. The fact remains that if at the end of the day no white man shows up, a black man will fill the post.

the number of white people in East African countries is quite amazing. To get a local food in Tanzania, they said I must have to drive several kilometers into the hinterland else I will make do with continental dishes, Indian and Chinese cuisines. The was almost 60% whites looking quizzically as I marched in. I spent 120,000 shillings just for some Chinese stuff I bought for myself and my colleague from Malawi and his girlfriend. They were so delighted. When I checked my balance from the alert cos I withdrew from ATM, the naira equivalent, I had just spent 13,000naira and a fraction.
The amazing thing is that their culture in the cities have been eroded by the white presence. They are just serfs to the absolute comfort of the near white majority. The most worrisome is that they bar man at the bar on the other side was begging me to pay with dollars.
