You have gone from working with Jürgen Klopp to doing it with Ernesto Valverde. They seem night and day, two totally opposite coaches.?

Coutinho: Well, they are different. Everyone has their way and their experience.

What has surprised you most about Barça?

Coutinho: It is a very difficult question ... [hesitation]. All the players are very good, I see it every day, in training and in games. You see them and think, 'this is incredible', but it is not something that surprised me because when I came I already knew it. What has helped me a lot has been the reception of the costumes: they are all very quiet people.

When Neymar left Barça to sign for PSG, one of his great motivations was winning the Golden Ball. Do you think about it too?

Coutinho: It's something that every player wants to win if he can, but I think more about winning titles, that's what really motivates me. The other is a consequence, if you make good seasons and win titles. But what motivates me now is winning with Barça.

What do you think of the tie between Madrid and PSG?

Coutinho: They will be great matches.

Your last tattoo is significant, the word courage ('coragem' in Portuguese). What does it mean to you?

Coutinho: It's a word I like: having courage is very important in life.

Coutinho: Yes always. But not only before leaving the field, but every day. I believe in God and whenever I can I thank him.
