I still see an offering basket before and behind!....offerings ought to be collected to enhance the growth of the ministry and for sure man of God must chop

This is the real meaning of evangelical Christianity. You don't have to go to where members can afford fat offering and tithes, rather you go to places where you can win souls for God. Give the message raw and draw people closer to God.

You can’t use his work to carry out your criticism . Did he tell you he didn’t collect offering? Even Jesus collected offerings . Giving is a kingdom principle either in tithes or offering . The fact that you give to people doesn’t mean you should deny them heir opportunity to give . A christian is a giver .thats why We teach our Chilren to give even in their Sunday school .

I sight the offering basket standing conspicuously well positioned for the main business of the day.

In the Catholic Church, setups like this, albeit temporary, usually have something called communion tags for communicants (Catholics will understand this). The basket containing these tags are kept conspicously for easy access for people to pick up. That could be why the basket was there.
