Here in port harcourt rivers state, almost all the local governments areas don't have electricity supplies to charge their phones not to preserving their foods and other things both homes and businesses.

Yeye man. For those of us that have done some form of work for the discos. If we talk wetin dey on ground i swear u go cry. Pple are owning the discos, the discos dey owe nbet, fg gives loans to discos thru which dey deduct at source to pay nbet/gencos. Discos carry these loans in thier books. The whole system is a mess and a fruad. Is it not better we give an oil block to china or india let em develop power for us

What about the DISCOs that owe customers who have paid for pre-paid meters, for months on end?

What about DISCOs that slam post-paid customers with outrageous estimated bills which are not commensurate with their consumption?
