Closed Gold for +63pips and oil for +375pips . There may still be room for downside but let me keep the dollars first

if you want Alert number 5, let me get many likes to know you are following, else i will just assume no one is following , then whats the point

Dont get it wrong, sometimes i make losses too, sometimes 5 straight losses back to back. so dont allow several wins back to back get into your head, sound money management is key. For ME, system takes 20%, psychology takes 35% and money management takes 45% .

Let me give you an hint to how you can handle a part of psychology, this is for swing trading though. I hate scalping, it does not fit my personality, trust your system , both in good times and bad times, TRUST IT! Find an activity you can engage yourself in , be it your job, hubby , chores or just humanitarian services. once you have analyzed your trade and taken a position , close your platform. Make sure you have analysed your risk(3% max for me). The worst that will happen is for the trade to take you out. TRY AGAIN! but make sure you are following your system. For me , i dont trade more than one instrument per time. i only start looking for another setup once i have broken even on my existing trade. It helps me to maintain focus

My Opinion !

EURUSD is currently in the downtrend and wave 3 which is the juiciest wave is about to start.

How i plan to trade it.... wait for a pull back, avoid trading impulses , always look out for a flag.

Most likely, my setup may not happen till next week, from experience, Mondays are for pull backs( not in all cases though)

Price can do the opposite and rubbish this analysis.

Wierd f%$king week!!!
Lost composure on Monday after a loss. That shit affected me through the week.
Made a couple (more) loses. Even when I sight possible profitable trades, I couldnt take them.
Confidence was depleted.
Mehn, had to literally touch my balls to ensure they are still intact. Just to regain confidence.
Then comes Friday, gained the losses after one good trade. Didnt trade the news but the market moved well from morning through the release of NFP data. So I survived

So..lessons to self:
-Over trading kills..
-Mental balance, perfect psyche is best for trading.
-One good trade could mean christmas came early. You see just one trade in that GA is giving me 13% and it hasnt hit TP yet.
-Staying put on the computer for too long could be bad, leads impatience.
-More to be added

Discoveries..
-Breakouts is still my winning strategy.
-I find it hard to trade breakout to the up, hence the reason i missed that EURCHF trade.
-Trendline (mostly in higher time frames) are essential. Most often than not, the market respects them.

-For the chart, there could be some opportunities therein. Price could pullback (buy) from the area marked 4 to the area marked 1 or breakout (sell) of the trendline marked 3 to hit the trendline 2. My personal bias is buy to the area marked 1 and then sell to trendline 2 which could be over 130pips..
