However she told me this afternoon she gave one guy the phone and 1k card to help her subscribe but since then she's been running short of data and she once received a message that she shared her data with someone. Pls how do I reveal the number and delete it from the list. Better still, how does she cancel the service? I'd also appreciate if anyone would help me with the list of the current data list on MTN. I know oooh, I meant momsy should call them and explain, I'm only giving my own suggestion

1st of all, there's no data sharing service on MTN presently and ₦1,000 is only good for 1gb monthly on MTN (there's 500mb "bonus", but it only works at midnight, so that's useless) , now here's the thing MTN data now seems to run out fast these days.

So I don't think anyone is stealing her data, except it's MTN themselves, the data just isn't enough for regular video calls.

Guy use your common sense. Both the caller and the receiver uses data on video calling. Because you call doesn't mean your mom's data won't be liable. Mtn 1000 data doesn't last more than 3days if you are an active user. B4 it used to last 3weeks.

not true sir. it a legit plan known as Mtn sme data bundle. I'm also one of the legit sellers on Nairaland.. I sell data as low as 250mb for #200...500mb for #350 and 1gb for #600...you can pay through cash or Bank transfer(Access,Gtbank and Firstbank are the current accounts we use) ... we also accept payment through airtime but with extra charges.. call/whatsapp on 08137775940..

1. MTN here in Nigeria doesn't share data.
2. 1K for 1.5GB you only get 1GB, the rest to be used in the night.
3. When you are making video calls depending on you device is just like watching youtube.
4. If I upload a video to youtube I do it in HD so 1 minute is about 5MB
5. If you make video call on HD, a minute is about 5MB
1GB=1024MB so 1024MB/5MB =204 minutes

Mtn can gift data but they can't share(simultaneously) with anyone.

I don't know about this guy but I buy share data at mtn office at 1gb for 550 naira usable 24 hours for up to 3 months(*461*6# to check data balance ). I have stopped buying directly from my airtime because of the daytime restriction.
