Cup competitions are very tricky at times. Having the best team or squad doesn't necessarily guarantee success.

And besides that back-line is ageing. Luiz,Thiago Silva and Dani Alves. If two of them have an off day for instance against some teams with serious firepower in attack, then that will be end of story like it was when Germany trounced them 7-1 in 2014.

It's not that bad na, haba! Remember that Ghana was a Luiz Suarez handball away from the semi finals just 8yrs ago.

Anybody can win the world cup even with a shity league, corrupt administration etc.

All you need is 7 decent players, a good bench, a lucky draw of opponents, 1 freakish win against a more illustrous opponent in the knockout, lucky referee decision, absolute luck in the most minute details and maybe, one once-in-a-lifetime great player like Messi or George Weah and...SHABBANG!!
