D ink might disappear if d screen isn't broken but if it's broken u will have to change d screen

I think at this point I'm just going to give up. The USB never recognized on a system. So it's pretty hard to perform a factory reset at this point. O want to sell of the screen if anyone is interested.

Give the Samsung to technician, ask the person to recover the boot through JTAG since the USB is bad

And how will he achieve waking the fone since the port is bad or u mean the new emmc jtag?

Take it to Carlcare... That is a very common issue with Tecno and Infinix devices

i own a HTC desire 820G+ dual sim. I plugged in a funny looking cable to charge my phone and viola the device restarted.

Upon restart, the phone could not connect to network again. i checked settings to see if there is anything i could toggle to bring it back but realized mobile networks is greyed out. I checked my IMEI and it says unknown. i have changed sim cards, flashed stock ROM and CM13 but the situation is same. i have taken the phone to computer village still no luck. Under CDS information in engineering mode i noticed SIM state says absent, service: out of service, emergency only=True.

Goto file manager move whatsapp folder to memory card, remove the memory card from ur fone (only if yu dont back up to google). Uninstall whatsapp. Delete any folder that contains whatsapp. Now download fresh whatsapp. Install and return the memory card back to ur fone. grant all permission. U shud be able to make whatsapp call.

This option clears logs and unwanted files from whatsapp

Option 2.

Goto setting / app / whatsapp/ permission/ check if access to camera was denied. Grant it n try again.
