Do you mind carrying out an analysis of the comments? Unless you are saying that the atheistswho made those comments do not have good hearts.

Besides, what is a good heart? What is the basis for morality for an atheist? How do they rationalise "good" from "acceptable" because to an atheist, morality is subjective which in itself is ridiculous. This means that "they" decide what is good or bad and can choose to do bad because they feel that at that point, that bad is a good thing.

Can you please help me join in my clarion call by asking any atheist here to list out what atheism has to offer since they as atheists believe in this reality as of today and never imagine a future that isn't tangible to them. So where is the hope Coming from?

As an atheist can you explain what a conscience is and where it comes from? Also note that a conscience is not tangible so how do you know it exists?

I will speak for myself,I don't believe anything is good or bad,it all depend on the result it produces,when the result is highly unfavourable and causes harm,I term it as bad,when the result is favourable and it optimizes happiness I term it as good.
The "conscience" the way I see it is not an innate characteristic but something you develop overtime based on the knowledge and experience you acquire.
For instance,a child from a rich family may not known that showing off the parents wealth in the presence of poor folks my hurt them,but then as the kid grows up s/he realizes so and even though it is his right to do whatsoever s/he wills with his property he restricts himself,this becomes part of his conscience.
I don't wan to write any further on this because it is a complex topic but butterflyleo let us make this bet to prove that the bible me is a wrong moral guide

Let's ignore the claim that christians don't need to followthe laws of the old testament,dude can you strictly obey the laws in the old testament,I mean word for word,where the bible says go you go,where it says stone you stone, I give you few days and you will find yourself in police detention,if you can not undergo the challenge then you don't have any arguement
