Self did nothing than to second guess
Self Trying hard not to be the second best

Morality is an axe but my mind is eternal waters
What shall ye cut ?
A woman ingrained in the wind ?

I push myself beyond limits then became a full mirror
My wings sparkled at the helm
I tasted wisdom, Found strength and bowed to Self
And did all I could to conquer Self

Forgetting I'm doing it for a world that is never satisfied
A world Always Hungry for masculine touch
I tell myself enough of second guessing
I am the best there could be

Sometimes ago, I felt so low
I struggled to accept who I really was,
I was so ashamed of my flaws.

Heartbroken, battered, bruised and scorned,
Left high and dry, my past I sourly mourned.

Depressed, I turned to addiction

I am perfect, even in my imperfections,
I'm beautiful, I'm the peak of God's creation,
I stopped looking for validation in the wrong directions,
And then, i learnt to forgive my past indiscretions.
