Good day all. I'm having some issues with my Tecno L8 plus and I need your help. I can't access most of my apps it keeps asking me to check my internet settings, I can still access opera mini and WhatsApp but I can't use my banking apps, Facebook , Yahoo etc, I've tried updating the apps but I can't even access play store. I'm thinking of a factory reset but I don't know if this will work or even necessary. Please I need suggestions, no money for another phone now.

try connect to a wifi around you And see if it works. if yes, then check your internet configuration properly ...

ehyaa.. then try check if your baseband of the device is showing in settings/about.. if yes.. try root the device and use chameloen app to Change your imei to the one at the back of the device. If no, then better find a competent engineer around you and give it to him
