You cannot edit. Click on "help & support" and report your case. They will edit for you themselves

I am N-POWER 2016 (N-Health) awaiting list applicant. I have issues with OTP validation for past 7 days. I have generated over 80 OTP and each time I click summit it shows Error! OTP Validation Failed/Dismiss.
I have used different browsers and network on both smart phones and computers day and night but still same error message keep showing up OTP Validation Failed. I have sent email N power support team, but I have not receive any response from them.
Pls what should do?

For those that have been unable to upload their passport or I.D Card or you want to change either of the ones you uploaded wrongly... You can now do it.. All you have to do is log in to your profile, then you will see a change picture / change I.D card button at the top right corner... Then you are good to go

It is possible you entered wrong year of birth. Make sure you enter your exact year of birth, the one you used during online application.Otherwise ,it will keep on failing

HOW TO RETRIEVE AND VALIDATE OTP

3.click submit,a message congratulating you will appear
4.click continue
5.A place where you will enter you OTP will appear

I think the issue is beyond wat u r saying....all the awaiting list of 2016 is having the issue.. something is wrong from the npower data base concerning 2016 awaiting list regarding the validation of their OTP. if u succeed in validating it i would like u to inform the house .cheeers.........

You are already a beneficiary oga. Just start learning with the materials uploaded on ur profile. You will be communicated on the next level later. You can also check their facebook from time to time, to see the next line of action.
