NB: dont give up on network. it work for me

We the 2016 applicants didn't input our BVN while applying, so the retrieval method is automatically giving me invalid information response, the issue is sickening already. I've been up all night for 3days now thinking its a network error.

To get the right OTP, you just have to be patience enough..... Each time you enter you Number/Email, you get different OTP... So, just relax... Give it time, even a day, before you try again..... And this time, after entering your Number /Email, minimize the page, then dial the code in case you didn't get the OTP, if it says error again, don't border, just dial the code again... And you will get it. Just make sure during this dialing, you don't reenter your phone number /email. Or better still, just retrieve your One time Password with the option on the login page...

It doesn't matter.... Plus the issue of IDcard/Passport is not an urgent thing.... You can always upload anytime any day.... Just like your social media accounts....

You maybe wrong sir. Welcome onboard means you're now a member fully entitle to all Npower benefits. If they don't want to pay u April stipend they can as well realize the list next month. Finally remember Mr Afolabi said 2017 beneficiary will be compensated. Just my person assumption ooo. Either ways welcome onboard.
