I don't think he has to do another e-dividend mandate. Once he has been able to process one with a specific registrar, all he needs to do is update records with that registrar. I have done this with Veritas and First Registrars before but that was many years back. I wouldn't know if that will still work now.

Update with a different CHN? Well not 100% sure how these things work but what I am sure of is that it would have been avoided if the new account still carries the old CHN

Added some units today. good Q1 result motivated me. Anticipation of good Q2 result. Anticipation of interim dividend.

You didn't need to do this. Next time just do an inter-member transfer and all your stocks will move to designated broker.

with those crooked registrars u can't be sure of anything. they ll exploit d slightest mistakes of shareholders to divert or withhold d money. I have done my e dividend for aiico years ago. and right now am yet to be credited for d latest dividend. when I ll eventually call their office and that is if there's a miracle the lines go through or they are merciful enough to pick ur call. they will tell u it has been posted ,wait for another 6months. from past experiences it is always. predictable that d warrant will never arrive. I don't know d kind of fraudulent arrangement they have with d post office.

Everything will soon fall.
