through playstore, just click on the app, there is a secured payment system playstore uses, i entered my visa atm card serial detail(not the pin) at the required column then you will need to download the main Poweramp and the Poweramp unlocker, which also helps you unlock the app incase you format your phone etc

iv being using it for 2yrs now, its second to non.
Another good player out there is 'S music player' and its free but not as good as poweramp.

I dont think, remember when you got your phone you registered it with a particular email address, and automatically your play store uses this email to activate, so its something you do exclusively with your email acct. So even incase you change your phone once you log in with that email it reactivates the poweramp player.
