After you finish all the tests, the doctor will fill the physical examination form needed for foreigners to study in China (I'm sure you already have this), then the doctor needs to sign and stamp.

Merge it online as a single file

Corel draw makes it alot easier for that purpose..

Hi, it's advisable to fill in someone's name and contact in China (maybe it might increase your chances). However, if you don't have that then you can leave it blank.

Btw, are you applying for self financed program or scholarship?

Depends on the city you apply to but roughly about 2-4 weeks.

This is application peak time so might be slower, you shouldn't worry (or better contact the school to confirm the status).

Certify the photocopy. Go to any court in Nigeria. It is 200 naira per page at Lagos High Court, Ikeja
