So the bastard igahlo who couldn't make sense with a pass was because of tiredness
Bull shit

Necessary substitutions. The pressure was becoming too much for the eagles to handle.

As it stands

Nigeria's victory over Iceland put everything back in their own hands ahead of the final round of Group D games. Will it be Nigeria, Argentina or Iceland who join Croatia in the knockout stages?

Both goals were scored in the second half by Ahmed Musa. The first goal came in the 49th minute, resulting in Iceland defender Ragnar Sigurðsson requiring medical attention on the pitch. Musa’s second goal came in the 75th minute, when he rounded Iceland goalkeeper Gylfi Sigurðsson, who had strayed from the net to follow the ball. Iceland then missed a penalty awarded late in the game.

Croatia is now on top of the group with 6 points, Nigeria second with 3 points, with Iceland and Argentina trailing behind with one point each.

Argentina were humbled by Croatia in their second group games and now Argentina’s chances of qualifying for next round hing by a thread really. Croatia scored twice without a reply and qualified for the knockout stages as group winners. Ante Rebic and Modric scored after the break to ensure a rather comfortable 2-0 win over Argentina.

STOP deceiving yourself... Referee robbed no one... Your players failed to learn anything from Croatia, that only to beat Argentina is to stay offensive when you are a goal is...

My grouse with this eagles is that they failed to soar above a carcass in the form of Argentina.

Now that Nigeria is out of the world cup, we might not have an African team in the knockout stages of the world cup because Senegal is facing a strong Colombian team in their 3rd match of the group stage, anyway its now 5-0 for Argentina against Nigeria in world cup matches since USA 94, we haven't even picked a draw in those 5 matches losing all by a narrow 1 goal margin.

That late goal was just written all over the game.

Yakuba did it that year.. Ighalo did it this year..

Above all, there was too much hype and expectations from this team..

When they are thinking of security....disaster. Evil men and impostors will advance from bad to worse. The bible is clear. We can"t be washing hand with blood and expect good. Boycott all boycottables until the right thing is done.

kaleidoscope:

Because it was 'ball to hand' as against 'hand to ball'.. If you look closely, the ball first hit his head before going to his hand

Hmmnn....then if I understand the decision is at the discretion of the referee?
