Hello guys. I'm a young graduate and I would like to give Uber a shot. But like every other business, I'd like to be furnished with information regarding its profitability.
I'm hoping to get a driver (as I'm currently running a Masters degree program which is very demanding) who will use the car for the business as it is of little or no use to me currently.
The car is still very new and I'm worried about its maintenance . My question is, if I decide to "rent" the car for weekly returns , who will bear the cost of servicing the vehicle? How much weekly returns can one expect?
Please I'm a novice and inexperienced with this kind of business and would like to hear from u smiley

I tell you, they go and balance at the back seat and be commanding you.
Most of the riders behave like people who are not exposed.

Hello everyone,
The long awaited update to the Guide to Uber 2.03 is finally out.
Its titled Guide to Rideshare 3: Taxify and Uber.
And just as the name suggests, I have finally included a guide treating Taxify.

The latest version of my guide now has 3 parts:
-Book 1 Guide to Uber for Car owners
-Book 2 Guide to Uber for Drivers
-Book 3 Guide to Taxify

The 3 guides contain all you need to know about registering and making money with rideshare in Nigeria. The book also contains tips for earning extra income whether as a car owner or as a driver on Taxify and Uber.
All the knowledge I have on ride sharing is compressed into these 2 books.

The book gives its buyers great deals on insurance. If you purchase the book, and subsequently purchase insurance through us; we will send you a cash-back bonus directly into your bank account.

We offer cash back for purchasing insurance through us from these companies.
-AXA Mansard
-Cornerstone
-Lead way
How it works
-Call your preferred insurance company amongst the 3 listed and get a quote.
- Then call us and get a quote
- Compare quotes
-If you like our deal, we can help you get our better rate from the insurance company of your choice.
Simple as ABC!

The book also comes with additional documents you may need. The documents include:
-Rental Agreement template
-Hire Purchase Agreement template
-Guarantor form
We can edit these to suit your need.

I have also included my referral code for partners in Lagos. This code is only for car owners who want to register on Uber in Lagos.
When you use this code, you are automatically entitled to a cash bonus from Uber after your vehicle takes its first 50 trips.
Apart from the bonus that Uber gives you, I'm also offering a 5000 Naira cash bonus after 50 trips for everyone that signs up with the link.

Best of all, the book comes at a much better price. So you don't have to break the bank to purchase it.

How to get the book?
Simple, just click on our whatsapp number here to chat with us 08186473185
Once you successfully place your order, we will send your book to you by Whatsapp and/or email. Depending on your preference. The whole process is super-easy and takes less than 3 minutes.

Cheers,
Taxi App Guy.

Owner services the vehicle under rental, driver does under hire purchase.
You should look at between 25-35k.

The kind of vehicle you have will determine what the weekly rentals will be. So what make and year is your vehicle?

Personally I don't like female riders seating at the front seat, reason is that I Don't feel comfortable by it, so once I see them especially the once not properly dressed, I just show you the back seat, buh if she insist on seating at the front no p.

Have you ever driven rental before now?

A used car is a used car even if it is toks, I sell tokumbor cars and most of them come with a variety of issues. Some even come with sludge in the engine, some come with a lot of rust on suspension.

be careful what you sign to, Inspect it properly.

30k is fair, Ensure you have a backup plan 200-300k for those down times, if not you will loose the vehicle as most investors do not tolerate default no matter how close you think you are.

good luck.

If you can ascertain the 'good toks conditon' thingy, you are probably good to go.

Personally though, I feel rentals is safer for both driver and owner. If you save the money for repairs for those two years, you should probably have something close to acquiring your own vehicle. A lot can happen in two years. But that is just my personal opinion.

Ensure you have tested it again and again. Don't be carried away by the offer.
Make sure everything is working in good condition as stated by the owner.

Any thing that's not working should be stated by the owner. Some car owners dey lie alot.

Lastly, if it's not a sharp tokunbo car, I will advice you jump and pass. I have a personal experience.

Remember, after delivery, all repairs falls on you. You don't want to be repairing a dead car with your savings
No go carry corpse think say na car. cheesy
