Your logic is flawed. Bullying is innate in man. Parents have to teach kids not to bully most times. But parents or some twisted fellow must have taught the poor boy he's gay when he doesn't even understand sexuality yet. It's all loss for his parents. Poor child.

For ur information a 9year old doesn't have the right to say he can do wateva he wants, that's why they are called minors and can't be jailed for crimes.

Read the story again. He killed himself. Rather than teach him to expect and withstand bullying as a person, some God forsaken person was more interested in teaching him he is gay. Parental negligence is more to blame for the child's death than bullying or sexuality!
