Yes. It includes all doors, windows, all tiles and all kitchen cabinets, electrical wiring and electrical fittings with labor for fittings, transport , workmanship and supervision. The only thing in the following pictures not inclusive of N25m is the Air conditioners.

Hello Spyder do you advice wood treatment at all times even if one is told the wood (Mango wood as example) is impenetrable to termites?

This is slightly shorter than mine by just about 450mm. I was told this area is prone to high winds so we made a lot of effort to ensure that the roof is safe.

I also did some modifications to this house plan to make it more functional, I added a balcony off the master bedroom to provide additional relaxation options for the occupants. This new balcony was not in my own house.

So what was the height of this roof and the final sqm of roofing sheets used?

The bright cream color of the walls are hallmark of the standard internal colors for houses abroad. Unlike in Nigeria where a shade of dark brown, green or dark blue is the reining color.
