We have completed the foundation blinding in most sections, now we start laying foundation blocks.......

Due to the sloped nature of this land, some sections will be as high as 6 courses.

We are getting ready for the concrete cast. By next week, we shall begin the walling for the ground floor. Materials already arriving to site.

It can fit into a 400 sqm land, but parking space will be a little tight. And yes, we had built this house on a land less than 400 sqm before.

The blocks has got to the lintel stages, reinforcement for the columns and beams ongoing while my carpentry team are starting today. We intend to start casting by tomorrow.
