But an Hausa/Fulani man will defend his brother to death even if he's a pig as you say metaphorically.

Southerners are just plain idiots, utter fools.

Buhari is only but a COWARD.

His fear of loss is so alarming.

Well, Nigeria is bigger than Buhari, his cabal, and his nepotistic tendency.

“Cowards die many times before their deaths; the valiant never taste of death but once". ___Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, Act II, scene ii.

The president acted based on an order of the CCT. The interpretation act also gives the president power to suspend a person he appointed. Onnoghen can go to court if he’s not satisfied. Till then, he remains suspended.

An order of CCT CANNOT remove or suspend a CJN. They ha e no such powers. Only the NJC or the Senate has such powers. Except the CJN resigns himself. This is the constitution. It is unambiguous.

Moreover, when did the CCT go e such an order. The CCT is not sitting at the moment and have been restrained by the Court of Appeal.

I need you to think about how extremely dangerous this is. Even if you think it serves your political purpose now. Some things should be beyond politics. I expect t that some of you here should know that.

The CCT is a competent constitutional court and the ruling of the court must be obeyed irrespective of how dumb or stupid the ruling appears to you. If Buhari fails to act on the ruling, people like you would come and accuse him of disobeying court orders. If Onnoghen is not satisfied, he should simply proceed to the appeal court and get the ruling reversed. Till then, he remains suspended.

Not possible..... Buhari and his minions cannot be that stupid.

There are only 3 ways a serving CJN can leave office:

1. Removal by Prs5odent on the recommendation of the NJC.
2. Impeachment by the Senate.
3. Resignation by the CJN.

There are no other way.

And like I said: Buhari is not that stupid.

I asked you when the CCT sat and gave such order cos I know they adjourned their sitting. Moreover, the CCT has been restrained by the Court of Appeal , which is a superior court, they cannot therefore give an lawful order. Buhari cannot discourtenance a superior court order for that of a lower court.

All of this is besides the point, that the CCT or any court for that matter cannot even remove or suspend a serving CJN. The constitution was clear on the 3 ways a serving justice of Nigeria can be removed.

My previous post appealed to the good in you- a side I assumed should be unaffected by your political views or persuasion. Maybe I should not have tried.

Know this tho: there will be serious consequences for this silly move by the political rascals in the Presidency.
