No. If INEC isn't ready with ballot papers that includes the APC for Zamfara NASS elections, INEC will simply go ahead with the presidential election nationwide and conduct the Zamfara national assembly elections on March 9.

U need to be educated, the case has ended in the appeal court, it can only get to the supreme Court if their is an objection raised by opposing faction of the party

If INEC is not biased against APC it should obey the court order.
