CHIGIM:You need date checking more than I do. Let me help you. His license was withdrawn from 2013 through 2014. Meaning, he was not allowed to broker arms, but because any arms dealer would want to be smarter than the system, he used a company aside his to broker deals with Nigeria to conceal himself and company from being sanctioned. |

sizer07: Read below. Don't just comment. Think before you post In furtherance of this arms deal, it is alleged that in June 2014, Dolarian executed sales contracts with Societe D’Equipments Internationaux (SEI), a French arms brokering company acting on behalf of Nigeria, for the purchase and transfer of high‑explosive bombs, rockets, military-grade firearms, and aircraft-mounted cannons worth more than $8.5 million. Dolarian submitted a brokering application with the U.S. State Department in June 2014 for the proposed deal with Nigeria. This brokering application, along with a later one, was never approved by the State Department. Without approval from the State Department, Dolarian allegedly accepted approximately $8.3 million from Nigeria and its broker, SEI. These funds were, in part, funneled by Nigeria through a purported furniture company in Hong Kong. Then they were routed through numerous shell accounts held by Dolarian, and others. Soon after obtaining the funds, Dolarian used them to pay off personal expenses, such as federal and state tax debts, and to buy a BMW SUV. In February 2015, the federal government seized over $6 million that remained in Dolarian’s accounts. Civil forfeiture proceedings related to that seizure are currently pending (Case No. 1:15-cv-954-DAD). “Homeland Security Investigations’ (HSI) national security priorities include the investigation of violations of the arms export and money laundering control laws of the United States,” said Ryan L. Spradlin, HSI Special Agent in Charge. “Illegal arms brokering represents a threat, not only to U.S. national security, but to the security of the international community.” This case is the product of an investigation by Homeland Security Investigations. This matter is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Grant B. Rabenn and Jeffrey Spivak, and Department of Justice Trial Attorney Christian Ford of the National Security Division’s Counterintelligence and Expert Control Section. |

He lost his license in 2013/2014, but Buharri the anti-corruption pretender still went ahead to do arms deal with him in 2015 till he was caught. APC Zombies think they can fool us, They want us to pretend the day he lost his license in 2013/2014 is the period he did business with Nigeria so they can pin it on GEJ who actually did his own arms business with the Israelis. We have a higher IQ than zombies. Buhari sleeps, eats, and drinks corruption. 2 Likes 1 Share |

What you don't know is enemy can use your blood brother against you, he will bear the same surname with you but he will be your great enemy. So name doesn't matter when it comes to terrorist. Instead look deeply into the act of that terrorist then you will understand what it up to. Islam against terrorist. And research has been showing that US and isreal created many terrorist around the world. You can also do your own research. ? |

If Islam is a terrorist ask yourself why are you still alive today Or you have not meet any muslim man in your life before? I can never leave Islam, because out of Islam there is astray ways. If I were you I will leave christainity and challenge many terrorist act in Bible. Like ( number 31:15-19 ) etc. Do you know how many nations that Bible terroris? GrabHisBalls: Buhari is corrupt. In saner climes Journalists will swarm Aso rock to get updates but Nigeria seems to be a jungle. For the fact they channel it into various accounts meant they knew it was an illegal deal and so wanted to evade detection. Its possible also that they will tell the man to triple the amount in the receipt. What a government. Is there any bigger yahoo than scamming Nigerians? |
