Do you mean IQAS? Are you a lawyer?

If yes, read here https://www.nairaland.com/3999848/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/1#59645806 and here https://www.nairaland.com/4843199/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/286#74437123 for the steps

Transcripts must be sent by your school, I think you can fax your certificate yourself

Good day house.

Great work here I must say. Please I want to know if my transcripts and my Bsc certificate must be sent directly by my school to IQSA.

My PPR JOURNEY PART 2 - IELTS (a.k.a The humbler of men)

Let me start by saying that IELTS showed me shegeeeey! Again error go dey breekete for this write up wella cheesy

First attempt. 05/Jan/2019..BC
LRWS.. 7.5,,6.5,,6.5,,7

I went to this exam with all excitement that we were about to enter the process. I never envisaged what was coming, only if we can see the future.

Second attempt 09/Feb/2019.. BC.

I practised soteey, I almost finished all the listening test on YouTube.

Hia!! It came out. embarassed
LRWS.. 9,,8,,6.5,,7.5
Remark unchanged... I na-anukwa!!

At this point, i lost confidence in myself. Just like what people say "I have never failed any exam in my life". Not just that I have never failed any exam until IELTS, I have never been an average student. With the help of my husband, I dusted myself and registered for another.

Third attempt.. 27/APRIL/2019..BC

A friend advised me to register with MOD. Stubborn me! I say na the same thing everywhere. A na-emenu!

This time, i practised only writing. I reached out to Wasseynewest and joined his group, the guy is a Saint, I must say. I learnt a lot from him.
I also reached out to Johnnybravo who was very busy with other candidates at the time. He had a session with me. He said that my writing was good to fetch me 7 at least. I said to myself "IELTS na me and you for one leg trouser". I must pass, Iwu!!

Brethren!
It came out...
LRWS.. 9,,8.5,,6.5,,8
I am still awaiting the remark ni! lipsrsealed

So Sad.
Infact, I felt worthless.
I cried eeeh. When I see sample writing on IELTS, I just wondered what I did wrong. I thought i had always written what could atleast fetch me 7.
Dusted myself the 3rd time, and quickly registered for another IELTS.

Fourth attempt.. 23rd May 2019

This time I registered with MOD.
A friend chatted me up one day that he had a writing material. He said that he would share the material on one condition,that I must drop all the writing techniques or whatever I had learnt and study the materials to the teeth. I agreed and promised too. After all, what did the ones I learnt fetch.
Na so I read this material bumper to bumper and line by line without thinking of Jay, Liz etc.
On the test day, I must say this was
one of most stressful days of my life. I had to take all the tests same day. I came out of the exam hall downcast and unfulfilled about my writing.I was just blabbering during my speaking test. In my mind, I was planning on the next date to repeat the exam. I started practicing for writing since that day, I focused on Jay and was looking forward to 29th June to write another one because I was not giving up.

Today, I woke up early and broke down in tears cry. My husband consoled me soteey he tire. When it was 11am, I started purging and developed fever. I thought "My God, why have you forsaken me". Meanwhile, i
hadn't checked my result ooo.

At 12:20pm, Mbanu! Why am I doing this to myself ni!
Brethren!
I checked.. Lo and behold!

LRWS... 9,,8.5,,7,,7 grin

My people, I can't describe the joy. The purge stopped, the fever vanished.
Indescribable joy..WHAT A RELIEF!! I wonder what PPR will feel like. lipsrsealed

Venorite and Yemblaze, God will do it for you guys too. kiss
For all those who are still in the struggle, never give up.

If you need that material feel free to send me Pm. I will share because it worked for me.
NB.. It is IDP material so therefore write with MOD because I don't know if BC will follow same technique.

The feeling eeh! Chaii!
Chukwu daalu!! To God be the glory.

Boss. Congratulations on scailing this hurdle!

Please, abeg, come and share that writing material with me too.

Work during studies count for FSW Outland. You can use the work experience

SharryB:
Please I need help, I am a nurse who started working immediately after nursing school and throughout my time in school of midwifery. Can I calculate all these as work time event though I was in Midwifery school?
I am concerned because counting from when I started working as a nurse gives me over 3 years work experience but from when I finished Midwifery gives me only one year and I am planning to use both certificates.

Hello house,

I’m a silent reader and I am a bit worried with the rate at which PNP invitations are being issued. Over 1400 has been issued in the last 1 week.
What’s the hope of the scores going below 470 at this rate ?

i personally believe there is no need to worry.
i also received PNP invitation from Ontario last week but i'm yet to accept simply because i believe my score (468) is sufficient for EE route. so i think even though many invitations were issued, many would not be accepted because i noticed ontario targeted a couple of people with high scores who may not even accept because their scores are enough for EE.

so be not afraid.

You are still asking the queshion?

There is nothing to be nice about denouncing fraud especially on a public forum like this. 'Tunde' is very right. What you are about to do is fraud and crap, it would affect applicants with genuine family members when CIC notices a pattern and if CIC ever finds out pre-PPR, it is misrepresentation and a 5-year ban.

If you get lucky and have PPR, you would have to "watch your back for the rest of your life because it is straight deportation for you and your friend even when you become naturalized citizens", (that is a direct quote from one of my wonderful AOR whatsapp members).

I hope that answers your question as nicely as possible

lollmaolol:

Tunde, you can also answer my question, fraud, crap are two big words, i take them seriously according to their meaning, and I've always refrained from it.

should I avoid my friends offer? I'd appreciate if you come out nice. i have seen some of your nice posts long before now.

Good morning ladymarshall. Am sorry to bother but i need some answers about a course i did in university of lagos under the Human resource development centre (HDRC). Its a 7 month course and it had 2 semesters . We also wrote a thesis. Its a course in specialist investigation and intelligence. I would like to know if it can be evaluated by wes to add to my Score. Also i did Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and wrote the exams which qualified me as a Gaduate member. Will like to know if any of the two can be evaluated. Thank you ma.

Hello,

Thanks for being here. I want to start the Canada Express Entry process and I have a burning question to ask. I heard America embassy shares information with Canada Embassy and I will like to know where I stand before proceeding.

About 3 years ago I was denied a US visa. In the application, I claimed I was married. My bad! (I was single and i’m still single). I want to know if I won’t have any issue with proceeding with Canada Express Entry as a single. I’m so qualified for the Canada Express Entry, this is the only thing holding me back for now. Please clarify. All the best

This is a typical misrepresentation by Nigerian applicants, lying unnecessarily to secure visit visas without thinking about the repercussions. Read about the Sudanese 30 year old with contradictory date of birth in his USA and Canada immigration history. To be clear, this is what documents fraud and misrepresentation look like:

Document fraud can involve either false or altered documents, such as:
-passports and travel documents;
-visas;
-diplomas, degrees, and apprenticeship or trade papers;
-birth, marriage, final divorce, annulment, separation or death certificates; and
-police certificates.
If an individual lies on an application or in an interview with an IRCC officer, this is also fraud and a crime.

If an individual sends false documents or information, IRCC will refuse the application. The individual could also:

-be forbidden to enter Canada for at least five years;
-have a permanent record of fraud with IRCC;
-have his or her status as a permanent resident or Canadian citizen taken away (if applicable);
-be charged with a crime; or
-be removed from Canada

So, what should you do? You have 4 choices:

One, do not apply ever.

Two, wait for 10 years data retention in USA to pass before you apply to Canada.

Third, apply now but do not mention previous refusal. Your application might be successful but you should not sleep on it, IRCC might be waiting for you at the time you apply for your citizenship, when you travel to USA and information is shared with Canada or when you eventualy marry and want to sponsor your spouse or other family members from Nigeria.

Last option is to indicate previous visa refusal in the questionnaire and then write a letter of explanation about your previous misrepresentation. Hopefully your application will be successful and you won't have to look over your shoulders.

Thanks for clarifying. I contacted CIMA, and ran through my degree with them. I was told that I have full exemption for all four papers of the certificate, and a further two exemptions on the next stage after the BA papers. I was also told that I only had to do one of the BA papers (of my choice) to get the certificate. I can also waive all exemptions if I choose to.

I’ve heard of a success story of someone applying their exemptions for ACCA here. Please do you know anyone who only did Ba4, got the CIMA certificate, and did not get the desired evaluation from WES? Looking forward to hearing from you, and thanks again.

Don't waste your time. With all those exemptions, WES won't give you a positive evaluation.
