The truth is that PDP and Atiku won the election but el Rufai the Gov of Kaduna led a group of order Northern politicians to force INEC to change the figures and announce Buhari as winner.

I concur that Atiku may be wrong in saying he won the election; I don't really see how he could have.

But I'm 100% certain that results were transmitted regardless of what the court rules because I was part of the process.

It's just sad that Inec has been compromised and are taking us backwards.

abio dont mind them ...even INEC lawyer was trying to beat retreat in an ineterview i watched yesterday about the server... even manually collated result in the 11 contested states favour Atiku.... I think he has a good case may Justice prevail

You are a big head olodo. I'm an IT expert not a lawyer but I read so wide to understand what a no case submission is. Admission of evidence doesn't mean you can't file a no case submission. Read wide, you don't need to be a lawyer to understand court processes.

So olodo like u ..sorry i mean IT expert should know that if the respondents dont counter some of the Evidence that they can lose the case...do you know that there is techncal report about the server in court, and that the IT was only subpoenaed becuse of the report , and that Data analysis of 11 contested state favour ATiku.... Manual results favour Atiku,server has been proved to exist and used, results were certainly transmitted to the server. And the card reader report summary of 291,053 SCR presented in evidence.

Even if the SCR accredited 140 people on average, that will be over 40m as against 29m+ announced by INEC.

The petitioners have made compelling case.
