From the inception of the scheme the federal government made it very clear that the project was to run for two years, so this out cry is not worth it because the beneficiaries of the scheme know what they signed up for from the very start of the program,The government even did well by extending the program by one more year for the batch A beneficiaries. If the loan actually works out, it would be a good stepping stone for the beneficiaries to start something else. 3 Likes |

This government is really confused. Why didn't they think of something more profitable and benefitial than dashing out the elucive , non existent 30k. There are a whole lot that can be done to employ the youths in Nigeria. After scrapping this one, they should do something about the 70 naira per plate home grown feeding scam that even their ekuke dogs will not eat 1 Like |

The money spent on Npower so far is in hundreds of billion. Only 5% of the beneficiaries have utilized the money to empower themselves. Program be cancelled and let the money be put into infrastructure especially power. When govt fix power,it has multiplier effect on the economy as the smes and the manufacturing sector will bounce back |

Rather than disengage the 200,000 beneficiaries from NPower, the federal government should cut down on the high cost of governance in Nigeria. There are so many public office that is draining the money of the country. I support a drastic cut in the cost of governance in Nigeria to make way for many young people to be empower through this kind of Npower. 2 Likes |
