He won't send technocrats that understand economics & global trade & finance dynamics. In stead, he will go & be disgracing himself & de-marketting our country, telling the world that his country is full of lazy youth, women should remain in "za oza room", how wonderful Fulani cattle are, how herdsmen are misunderstood & giving different answer to serious questions. The man wey no sabi use computer, leading a country in this age!! No wonder the country is broke & the only fire brigade approach is to tax the half dead citizens. Boohhari, come back!!!

AS IF HE HAS IDEAS TO PROJECT TO HIS MATES. I believe the major reason for this travel is to meet with some underground elements that wouldn't want to visit Nigeria for the fear of powers that be ((US)). But meeting in Russia is a wonderful cover for some of our devious leaders to engage in shady deals with foreign elements to the detriment of the country. A man without a vision or wrong vision is a ticking bomb!!! |

I detest the thought of one Africa because it will limit Nigeria in so many ways and benefit us negligibly. An example is this new fangled tradition of foreign leaders in the West or East, essentially “summoning" African leaders in a sort of houseboys group. It is as if a solitary African leader is unworthy of state visit and it requires many of them to amount to any sort of Clout equal to one white leader. This humiliating trend seem to start with the former French president who was used to summoning French West African leaders with a snap of his fingers and they would run to Paris eager for the reward of having their photos snapped with him. Buhari made the mistake of attending, with the French West African leaders, one such summit in Paris because of the threat of Sahalian terrorism. Now he has been broken in and no longer resists being roped along into the collective Buffoon African Leaders Club, waiting for group invitations because none of them is deemed worthy alone. It diminishes Nigeria. ...French premier summoned the lot of them, they ran to Paris; then the Indian premier, they ran to Delhi; then the Chinese- they ran to Beijing, and now Putin and they are all running off to Sochi, south of Moscow. Do you imagine Nigeria being able to summon all Asian or European leaders to Abuja?A collective noun is required for this grouped African leader summoning phenomena |

adecz: You need some education in governance. Actually you need some education in a lot of things. Technocrats dont mean shit. They are two for a penny. Only a President has the authority to sign some treaties on behalf of Nigeria. He is Head of State and Head of Government. He is going to meet the President of Russia. They will talk high level talks which is not technocratic ( its something like " we need this from Russia". Putin also says "we need this very much from Nigeria". They will agree verbally, then the technocrats will negotiate and give them broad encompassing treaties to sign. Presidents have power, technocrats are just specialists in narrow fields of endeavour. Putin also is NOT a technocrat. Try to get some education before making dumb comments on social media. Also understand the way the world is run. Its not a video game or using a computer Its long range thinking, strategising, positioning. Its not kid stuff |
