Advocate500:It’s not hear say. They must have the original copies of alleged fake documents with fingerprints of whoever submitted them. If it was submitted electronically, they have the IP address of the origin. |

SalamRushdie:No wahala we are all seeing how they are helping us in fight against money laundering seriously. I pray onyenma will come out of this strong, the battle to bring him down has already started, I am been a little emotional on this seriously. I have always hated Britain and America because of how they have made their country a self heaven 4 our politicians to launder .coming against an investor Is a no no 4 me.their investigation is not going to help our economy in any way seriously, to hail with America and what they think about us. |

Eteka1: In business there is Smtn called subcontractors and even tinubu and many other oil moguls do it. Nothing new here. The fact the subcontractor never actually owns the goods doesn’t make them a fraudulent coy. |

[quote author=SalamRushdie post=84288520] Then he should have left the money in Springfield aviation account or reversed it back to Nigeria..[/quote Your earlier post made quite a lot of sense. However, leaving the money in the Springfield account is not a viable idea if the money can be used to buy planes from another company or even spare parts for existing aircraft in its fleet. The most important thing here is if he was in constant communication with CBN and they were aware of the various changes as regards the recipients. If he is able to back this info up with documents he will be in the clear sooner than later. Of course there is some substance in the allegation by the US but it is still what it is .....an allegation untill proven. Good luck to him. 1 Like |

Sad! So sad enough! It seems like the USA is all out to bring down any Nigerian who seem to be smart enough. It's what they have always done to African countries. And our cripple government do not understand the international supremacy battle of transcontinental conquest, even when they do understand, they simply can't do anything to protect the nation's potential stars and businesses. Instead, they simply bow to western influence and pressure and just get involved in unwarranted and unnecessary cooperation. Onyeama may have made a mistake somewhere, but isn't there at least one billionaire American business entrepreneur who is guilty of one thing or the other. What the noise about laws that are consciously made to empower some and enslave the others. Their so called law would not investigate their own entrepreneurs and punish them appropriately, they would only bring their useless charges inspired by hate and greed to us defenseless Africans.. Cause we are at their mercy as we have always been. Little wonder Iran & North Korea decided to buckle up and they have survived oppression so you can't impose shit on em. Despite American clear prevalence of hate towards us, I just can't blame US and their western partners anyways. No be their fault, it all because of our clueless leaders who continue to be clueless as if poverty, stupidity and slavery is their calling. Onyeama, God would see you through, for bringing back our stranded, you are a good man.. You may have dark a dark spot on your bright skin, but no man holy pass. Dat Ogoni boy. 1 Like |

Nigerians are enemies of themselves, not all Nigerians tho. There are exceptions... Going through this thread, you will see how some are happy and already condemning the man even when it is still unproven. P.S: China, America, Russia etc will all protect their own. 2 Likes |

SalamRushdie: thanks bro..many are seeing this as a Media or tribal case not minding the effects this portends for Nigeria... the Case isn't about his money or not.. CBN etc.. its about tendering a fake LC to a USA company and redistribution of the monies from the bank account to numerous accounts in the USA.... the question we shd asked is..did he buy the aircrafts the monies were budgeted for?/ let him defend himself but I doubt if the USA DOJ wouldst have carried out forensic and financial investigation before coming to publicise it.. go on Twitter and see how many are calling tinubu, otedola dangote and others.. if the USA has something on you..they don't and will never hide it..they make it known and anyone who is innocent will clear his name.. but our people just see one good side of a man and believe the man will be an Angel..not knowing that there are two sides to a man... let the law takes it course.. 2 Likes |
