Trying to revive the Business/Money section, so I moved a bunch of business-related threads there.

Dear Seun,

I understand the need to revive the business/money section but I don't think that would be achieved by moving active threads with many posts there.

That only disorientates the followers of such threads making it difficult to follow up on the threads.

What I think ought to be done is to ensure that threads are moved to the appropriate sections as soon ( or soon after) as they are created.

I agree that the politics sections have become the favourite posting section for most people as the sections is probably the most active and so a thread there not matter how remotely related to poliitcs is likely to get wider attention and that this needs to be curtailed.

I implore you to return the threads I have mentioned back to the politics section as they are more relevant there.

I have also observed that rather than make posts to update existing threads, quite a number of NLanders prefer to start up their own threads. This, to me, not only creates duplications of threads delaing with the same issue but makes it difficult to follow up on issues raised in the threads. I think you need to address this in conjunction with the moderators.

Meanwhile, please restore these two threads back to the politics section where they belong.

You are killing people's threads by moving them to a section nobody reads. Don't move threads there unless they are explicitly business related. Katsumoto's thread on Sanusi has absolutely nothing to do with business.

How is "What is happening in the Lekki axis" business related?!! Na wa o. Soon we will see romantic topics as well in the business section.

The two threads in question are definitely not related to politics. Should I move them to the Property section?

How is a thread on Sanusi's tenure as CBN head NOT related to politics? Kindly explain what it has to do with business or property.

The revival of the bussiness section has been great. You guys stop complaining and check it out 

I must say though it really killed my industrilization thread.

The one on Sanusi's tenure is different, yeah. Everything related to the CBN is going there.
