Anyway it's wrong. Like someone said above, The concentration needed to inactivate the virus is far too high to be achieved in the blood stream. A concentration of at least 60% is needed to kill the virus and humans will die at just about 1\100th of that.

Dude, quality sanitizers contain around 70% alcohol. Even vodka and cognac contain about 40% alcohol.
In any case once you drink alcohol as an adult, a liver called alcohol dehydrogenase metabolizes into acetaldehyde firstly.

So alcohol doesn't just stay going round unchanged. You wouldn't want to guzzle huge volumes of high percentage Irish gin other such gin anyway. Because it can be deadly.

The mask is a not packed and sealed to protect it from the logistical path it may have taken to get to her and from her to the people she gave to

Lastly if these people no wash this mask then double wahala times any of those they go come in contact with.... Even if dem wash wash when dem reach house, the time for dem to take commute to get to dem house is enough to transmit exponentially to others who a the mask are contaminated... As we know our people lack common sense so I can bet my one Kobo say a lot of them when get free mask wear am without washing.
