I am in PH, the lock down for PH and Ohio/Akpor is so serious. The governor is moving on powerbike by himself just to ensure total compliance.

Rivers state is not under any federal lockdown and there's no lockdown law prohibiting interstate food supply, even in Lagos, Abuja and the FCT that the FG directly placed on lockdown, Food processing, distribution and retail companies are exempted.

Below are some of those who are exempted from the order according to President Muhammadu Buhari.
