Hello Darenyx,

Thanks for the 3Ds you sent. We should discuss further soon.

I want to ask - can this design be applied to the low cost housing estate that I discussed with you?

Thanks in anticipation of your response.

Yes it can

But with the kind of food we cook in Nigeria, the smell may be disturbing. Our authentic Naija has to smell.
That is the only problem I have with open floor style and without linking the open kitchen, there is no open floor.

Hello Hajji. I've lived continuously in my BQ now for over a year now and it has an open floorpan. There hasn't been one day that I smelt the food that Hajia is cooking in the kitchen in any other part of the house (at least in an overwhelming manner). And it's a small house. And we don't even have an exhaust fan.

I think we overestimate the issue.

You must be kidding. I live in a semi open floor here, and you can smell food all over livingroom and even the bedrooms. You must be cooking Oyinbo food o.
My house is a living example. I wish I can say otherwise.

I thought so, if you are still eating Oyinbo food in Naija I will personally lead FBI Agents for your arrest o. smiley
But truly, this evening, my wife just cooked Ogbonno soup and you need to be here, all windows opened and fans turned on to blow the smell outside.
Talk of Iru sef, my kids hate the smell but it's one of their favorite ingredient in the vegetable soup... And you know Ekiti woman no dey carry last when it comes to Egusi soup.
But I will surely like to have the full open concept o.
I go gaga when I see them on HGTV.
You must be lucky to have that natural airflow ventilation in your house o.

Sorry Hajji but have to add.

The way I yearn for an In and Out Double Cheeseburger and a righteous Chinese combination fried rice is destabilizing angry

My brother.. I know. Stay with the good Naija organic food o. Forget about cheeseburger and Chinese food.
I dont even eat those here anymore and I encourage my kids to stay away from it too.
I love the way you adjusted so quickly. Move on, brother.
